Ziggy Marley New Haven reviews
Terrible crowd management
In 2026, I saw a Ziggy Marley at the Warner theater and the experience was much better, I believe. Getting into the capital One Arena was a nightmare while I enjoyed watching the documentary itself. I purchased my tickets online about a week before the show and there was no option provided for digital tickets or printing your ticket. The line to pick up tickets was over an hour and a half long. So you had to go to the Will call to pick up your tickets when you arrived at the shop. Thankfully, once I got my ticket, the line to get in was much shorter but initially everything was a mess. The line to get in with your ticket was also over an hour and a half long. And it was quite cold that evening outside so you’re standing online in the freezing cold for an hour and a half. Completely unacceptable.
